Meeting Minutes

Visitors:           

Meeting Start time: 7:30 PM

New Business:

1.) 185 Edge Hill Road

· Received a request for demolition of this property by proposed purchaser of this site.

· D. Wluka is the realtor

· R. Flanagan is the property owner planning to do the development

· Scope is to remove the existing structures from the site due to severe disrepair.

· Proposal is to construct three (3) new homes

· D. Martin to confirm that a site visit on April 9^th. At 1:00 PM is ok with the realtor

2.) TTL Property Inventory

· A draft of the properties inventoried to date has been submitted for review

· This includes properties to the east side of the center and towards the lake

· Some minor errors noticed during a quick look through the documents

· S. Schofield will take the package and review each site for any further errors or omissions.

Old Business:

1.)        Trustees of the Reservation, Kendall Property

· Still no reply from them regarding the status of the Gagnon Barn

· Will it be rebuilt on the Kendall site

· J. Kent has also not heard anything from the Trustees

3.) Wilber School

· Question was raised regarding the leasing signs on the building. D. Martin will touch base with Beacon to see when they will come down

· There is word that a new sign is planned for the site. No other info available

· The building is 100 % occupied
